As much as we loved Copenhagen, the North proved too chilly for Jules so we headed back South for warmer weather.

We only booked a spot once on the road in France, and ultimately landed up at this beautiful spot in small town Provence.
We ate like kinds throughout this stay, but were especially impressed to be presented with HUGE cheese plates after meals.

One of our days we drove around exploring the local towns. This one was really cute, entirely surrounded by water.
Gordes is another fabulous little town that we explored.
Back to the hotel
Our town was at the foot of the Alpilles or Little Alps. Very pretty hills, which made for a nice run.
More living the Provence life.
We were happily surprised by the extensive Roman influence in the area. By far my favorite was this huge aqueduct.
We also visited this arena which reminded us a lot of the much larger Colosseum in Rome. They still use this one!
