We finally managed to join the Cooks for one of their ski trips, and boy were we glad that we did. Zermatt is a fantastic place to ski, the town is super cute, and we loved the rest of the group.

And in the evening. It's such a cute little town, with no cars. You walk or take these cute little electric taxis.
We had plenty of snow while we were there, but most of the days looked like this!
The skiing itself was absolutely superb. Here Jules is skiing down to lunch in Italy.
In Switzerland we learned the joy that is fantastic restaurants and bars up on the mountain. Here one of our favorite venues.
This place is actually in Italy. We skied over there, itself a fantastic adventure. Had a fantastic lunch, complete with lots of rose. And then skied back!

On one evening drinks led to more drinks and we found ourselves skiing down the mountain in the near dark.
There is certainly fun to be had in the town. We had one amazing night out.
